Our Principals over a period of time are assigned a Trust role which is an area of                                                       expertise which they then support and lead across the Trust.

• Trust Data Analysis termly for all year groups (Trust Data Leader)
• Development of standardised monitoring and quality assurance systems (Trust Teaching and Learning Leader)
• Support and oversight of SEN Provision (Trust SEN Leader and External Oversight Provider)
• Support in developing Vision, Culture and embedding SIAMs expectations (Trust SIAMs Leader and School level Faith Committee - Governors)
• Curriculum Development Support in line with Trust Curriculum, Teaching and Learning Policy (Intent and Impact): Trust Principal alongside Trust Data Leader
• Teaching Improvement Support (Implementation): Teaching and Learning Leader
